Patrick Tsui is appointed to the JOM Group Management Board

Hamburg, April 9, 2024 – Patrick Tsui joined the management of the JOM Group, agency for hybrid marketing communication, on January 1, 2024. In close coordination with the management, he plays a key role in driving forward the strategic topics of digitalization and IT.

With the appointment of Patrick Tsui to the management board, the agency group is responding to the changing demands on media agencies and their technological expertise. In his new role, the computer science graduate will ensure that JOM harnesses all relevant technological developments for the agency and its clients.

The 41-year-old has been working for JOM in various positions since 2009, with a brief interruption. Most recently, as Director Digitalization, he was responsible for digitalization across all locations within the agency.

“Over the past two years, Patrick has set the course for online marketing in the post-cookie age and significantly advanced the digital development of the agency. Our recent study among CMOs of medium-sized companies confirms the importance of AI, automation and data integration as core challenges for 2024 – topics that Patrick has already proactively tackled with us. We are therefore delighted to continue our collaboration with him in his new role and to continue to successfully position the JOM Group for the digital future,” explains Volker Neumann, Managing Director of the JOM Group.

“While digitalization is constantly opening up new options for us as an agency to work more efficiently, it also requires us to constantly evolve. I am delighted to be able to play a key role in the digital transformation of the agency group,” says Patrick Tsui. “The opportunity to develop customized tools and processes that address our specific needs offers enormous potential to increase our efficiency and effectiveness. I see an exciting challenge in exploring and applying innovative approaches in the field of artificial intelligence to improve our processes, decision-making and services.
